We were very pleased 17 people attended the successful and productive Fungi Foray in Kettlethorpe Woods on the sunny Sunday morning of the 6th October, Fortunately, we had some rain a few days beforehand after a rather dry period,
We found a good variety ranging from the large, solid boletes (penny bun or cep) that hangs around for weeks to the tiny, delicate snowy inkcap that disintegrates in a day.
