Volunteer with us
Join a network of over 1,300 like-minded people helping to protect Lincolnshire's wildlife and wild places.
Volunteers of all ages contribute to the Trust's work bringing a range of skills, interests, time and enthusiasm. There is a range of voluntary opportunities, from surveying wildflowers to putting up fencing, assisting in a visitor centre or helping children enjoy a minibeast hunt.
You don’t need to be an expert! We have opportunities at all levels and necessary training can be provided.

Take a look at our current voluntary opportunities - indoors and outdoors, regular and casual; all you need is enthusiasm!
Volunteer events
We occasionally organise events for people to give conservation volunteering a go. When available, these are listed on our events pages.
