About the event

Guest speaker, Helen Gamble, from the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, will speak about the importance of cherishing our churchyards, graveyards and cemeteries. She will look at all aspects of these areas from their function as a place of worship to an open space for community use with its diverse range of habitats and historic value. Find out about churchyard management and how we can cherish these areas.

There will be a break for refreshments half way through the talk, and coffee and tea is available for £1.50. There is a car park at the side of the Town Hall which is free at night. If anyone requires access via a lift, rather than stairs, there is parking in the street on the other side of the Town Hall where there is access to a lift.

All welcome, you do not need to be a member to join our activities.
