About the event
Come and help the Wilder Humber restoration team make seagrass seed bags, which will be planted at Spurn Point this spring. Seagrass is an important habitat for many marine species and helps in the fight against climate change by absorbing lots of carbon dioxide from the water. The seagrass meadow at Spurn is only a small fraction of its historic extent, so by making seed bags, you will be part of a vital restoration project for the Humber estuary.
