About the event

As the sun is rising over the reserve, join us as we open our moth traps from the night before. Discover how the moth traps work, where is the best place to put one, pick up some ID skills and learn how to attract moths to your garden.

After your early start, a breakfast is definitely needed, we will finish the event at the Visitor Centre, where you can tuck into your full English breakfast. Booking is required, as places are limited.

This event is for adults and families with children aged 13 and over. This is an outdoor activity so do come dressed for the weather and we’d recommend bringing insect repellent with you.

For those interested we will be setting up the moth trap on Friday evening and you are more than welcome to come along. Please submit your interest when booking.
