About the event

Green sketching is an art movement that is helping to make the incredible benefits of sketching nature (which include mental wellbeing, nature connection, improved memory, focus and observation) accessible to all ages and abilities and we are delighted to bring this new opportunity to Gibraltar Point. This workshop will be led by Louise Earnshaw a Lincolnshire based artist and green sketching ambassador.

The two hour session will enable you to emerge yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the reserve alongside learning skills and techniques you can use over and over in your own time to benefit from slowing down in nature and observing it’s beauty. All specialist materials are provided and you will be given a mini sketchbook to take home and continue your green sketching journey. Parking is available, normal parking fees apply. This is an outdoor activity so do come dressed for the weather.
