About the event

Gibraltar Point is home to a wide range of rare nesting shorebirds, such as little terns - who's only breeding site in the whole of Lincolnshire is right here on this reserve. The shorebirds we protect will be explored together with the reasons why.  Paul Edwards, Gibraltar Point Assistant Warden, will explain what our shorebird protection scheme is and both its successes and challenges - giving his own account from his experience working out in the field as Shorebird Warden.
